Terms of Service

Last updated: August 23, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SLDQR (the "Service"), operated from India. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. What the Service does

SLDQR lets you create static QR codes (which encode your content directly) and dynamic QR codes (which redirect through a link you can update later), including hosted digital business card pages. We record basic scan/view activity (timestamp, IP address, user agent, and referrer) for dynamic QR codes and business card pages so you can see usage. See our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you put into your QR codes (URLs, text, contact details, business information, and similar). You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use that content and that it doesn't violate anyone else's rights or the law.

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute QR codes that:

We may suspend or remove QR codes, or terminate accounts, that violate this section.

4. Plans and billing

The Free plan is available at no cost, subject to the limits shown on the Plans & billing page. The Pro plan is a recurring subscription billed automatically through our payment partner, Razorpay, until you cancel. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service, including dynamic QR redirects and business card pages, available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to pause the Service for maintenance, and we're not liable for losses caused by downtime.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. On termination, your QR codes and their short links or hosted pages will stop working.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, SLDQR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of business, data, or goodwill.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the update.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
